Home Renovation - Theater Project

Hello all.

I am in the process of a home renovation and will he putting a dedicated home theater in the basement. It will be on the "smaller" side, and to start I will be focused on reusing a lot of my old equipment and seating. I want to focus on building it as "right" as I can from the start, but with flexibility so I can upgrade seating, lighting, and equipment as time / budget permits. Additionally built in a way where I can add items such as acoustic treatments etc later on.
